Electric Powered Air Supply Breathing Respirator for Single Person

Inspection Procedure
1. Check the blower's sound and light alarm system; after the blower plugs in power, power on, the red light is on under standby condition;
2. Keep the power supply connected, turn on the red switch, then the green light is on and the blower's interface starts intaking air at a high speed. If the power supply is cut off, blower sends out the alarm, then the two lights go out.
3. As shown in the above picture, after wearing the face mask which is connected with the long tube, tightly block the end of long tube, check the air tightness through inhalation.

Installation Steps
1. Butt joining the external thread interface of the air guide tube with the thread interface of the mask breathing valve, then rotate and screw down it;
2. Directly connect the airway tube which has already connected with the face mask and the thread interface of the blower for the single person use of electric powered air supply breathing respirator;
3. For multi-person use, needing installing the multi-way on the blower first and then connect the multi-way thread interface with the blower interface, screw it down; Then connect the airway tubes used for the corresponding operation number with the multi-way.

Wearing Steps
1. Adjust the adjustable belt of the head mask to the maximum; put on the mask that has been connected to the airway tube; two hands grab the adjustable belt of the mask and strain tightly to both sides until the face is completely covered. It is ok when feel the silicon anti-fold side is fully fit with the face.
2. Fix the air guide pipe at the waist;it is ok if it can act freely and do not affect working;if everything is checked ok, the operation can be carried out.

Cautious

1. After the installation, open the blower and do the test before operation; if the breathing is smooth, it is ok to enter into the working area.
2. A flow regulating valve is provided with the airway tube, and the suction flow rate can be adjusted according to the requirement; if there is a power failure, the electric blower can send out sound and light alarm to the monitor and change the breathing mode into self-suction way; at this point adjust the adjustable valve to the max. flow (follow the direction of the air flow) and should be promtly evacuated the work site;
3. Replace the alarm battery: if the alarm test is silent, open the case side cover to replace the 9V battery.(Battery is for automatic charging so that there is no need to replace in general condition)
4. When the operation is finished, the power should be returned to the normal air environment and then close the mask and turn off the power supply.
